Response Time :

After you have purchased software from us we will always try to respond as soon as possible. Sometimes this can be within a couple of minutes (even at weekends!). Please bear in mind that occasionally payment notification emails can get delayed, either within Plimus but also within our or your own email systems.

Emails

When purchasing you will get either a registration code or an instant download link, the address of the download will be presented to you at the end of the purchase and will also be emailed to you.
Please ensure that emails from plimus.com, fastspring.com and sandrila.co.uk are not blocked.

Attachments :

When you purchase software that is delivered as an attachment please ensure that the email address you supply can accept the attachment.

Registration keys :

When you purchase software that requires a registration key then the key will be contained within our email response to your purchase. It will be something like:

Copy and paste your registration key into the software at the appropriate menu.
Please keep this registration key safe.
